- As part of the procedure, the following will be auctioned: "Energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings no. 6,7,8,9,10,13,14,17,18,22 from Podu Iloaiei City, Iasi County"
The estimated value of the contract is 42,132,898.05 lei without VAT, broken down as follows:
Chap. 4.1. Constructions and Installations39,216,086,79 lei
Ch. 4.1. Constructions and Installations - 19 double electric vehicle charging stations, minimum 22kW installed power/station 2,263,161.39 lei
Cap. 4.2. Installation of technological equipment 155,500.00 lei
Cap. 4.3. Machinery, technological and functional equipment with assembly 103,400.00 lei
Cap. 5.1. Organizationof construction site 394,749.87 lei
Contract duration: 12 months
Attention: The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications according to the obligation stipulated in art. 161 of Law 98/2016 amended by O.U.G. no. 45/2018 10 days before the deadline for submitting the offerhours
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 16 days.
The estimated value of the contract to be awarded will not include the amount related to miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses specified in the project budget (estimategeneral), these can be accessed, as the case may be, according to needs, by amending the contract under the conditions provided for in art. 221 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
