Description:
The center is proposed to be built on a plot of land with an area of 17,318 sqm and has a total area of 41,868.40 sqm with a number of 280 beds as follows:
•Department of Renal Transplantation and Urology - 104 beds
•Department of Pneumophthisiology and Thoracic Surgery - 80 beds
•Departament Cord Transplantation and Thoracic Surgery - 40 beds
•Gastroenterology and Liver Transplantation Department - 40 beds
•Anesthesia Intensive Care - 45 beds
•Day Hospitalization - 16 beds (of which 6 beds for dialysis)
The core of the building will be represented by the operating block - the most complex as a structure - which groups 12 operating rooms, in a closed circuit. It will also be provided with a heliport to serve both the center and the entire emergency medical area in Cluj-Napoca. The spatial development of the building will be carried out on 4 basements, ground floor and 5 upper floorsraters The project includes both the construction of the hospital building and its endowment with the latest medical equipment to allow the medical act to be carried out in excellent conditions. Medical equipment, except for those that need to be incorporated or fitted with eexecution of the building, will be the subject of a separate purchase. The executor has the obligation to analyze the project in detail and to alert the Executing authority to the specific requirements for mounting the medical equipment included in the project.
