Description:
The object of the contract consists in: Rehabilitation and energy efficiency of buildings C1, C2 and C3 in Pavilion A of the Braila County Emergency Hospital.
The proposed general objective contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of Priority Axis 3 and Investment Priority 3.1 of the Programamului Operational Regional 2014-2020 "Increasing energy efficiency in residential buildings, public buildings and public lighting systems, especially those with high energy consumption".
The total value of the financing contract is 50,440,886.16 lei, of which :
-cheeligible expenses (FEDR 85%, the national budget 13% and the local budget of the Braila County Council 2%): 15,255,605.55 lei
-ineligible expenses (from the local budget of the Braila County Council): 35,185,280.61 lei.
The specific objectives of the project:
1. Increasing the energy efficiency of the cladirii pavilion A (buildings C1, C2, C3), Braila County Emergency Hospital, Buzaului road, no. 2. In order to fulfill this specific objective, works aimed at increasing the energy performance of the building are proposed, which has the effect of reducing energy consumption for heatingof the areas used, under the conditions of ensuring and maintaining the internal thermal climate, respectively reducing maintenance costs with heating and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
