- According to the List of Historical Monuments 2015 - annex to the Order of the Minister of Culture no. 2.828/ 2015, for the amendment of annex no. 1 to the Order of the Minister of Culture and Religions no. 2.314/ 2004 regarding the approval of the updated List of historical monuments and the List of disappeared historical monuments, withthe subsequent changes from 24.12.2015, the building is included in position 128, with code number BC-ll-m-B-00762, dated 1925-1934. Category of importance according to HG 766/ 1997- B (special).
Currently, the monument history requires the emergency intervention of specialists to restore its integritystructural and ensure its preservation by removing internal and external damage factors, as well as restoring the original protection details - roof, eaves, coverings, plasters, etc. The state of degradation in which the monument is found is due not only to natural reasonsyou know caused by age and natural environment, but significantly and obviously, this serious depreciation was and is caused by unskillful actions over time.
The building is affected by deterioration of the interior and exterior finishes, wear and tear of the installations, and the resistance structure of the wallbearing brick and wooden floors/slabs show signs of damage, namely cracks and fractures.
