This award documentation contains the requirements, criteria, rules and information necessary to provide potential bidders with complete, correct and explicit information on how to apply the procedure for awarding the sectoral procurement contract with the aim ofthe status of the technical-economic documentation development services (P.A.C., P.O.E., P.T, D.E, As-built phases, including the development of the necessary studies and expertise) and the implementation of the works based on them for the construction of a construction with the destination "Passenger Terminal", with the assurance inclusive of the project verification services and the technical assistance services from the designer. In this regard, a Feasibility Study and a series of related technical documentation (which are an integral part of the award documentation) were developed through which it is identified the basic technical-economic solution that will be the basis for achieving the investment objective.
Through the contract subject to this procedure, design services will be purchased (such as the preparation of P.A.C., P.O.E., As-built, documentation for obtaining agreements and approvals , of preytechnical specifications, execution details, and any documents/studies necessary for their development, specialized technical verification of the project and technical assistance from the designer) and the execution of works (such as structure, architecture, electrical installations, current installations...
