Description:
The Municipality of Galati is a public authority whose mission, among other things, is to promote and support social services for the protection of the elderly.
By purchasing these facilities, the aim is to provide support for the physical, economic and social regeneration of communities dfavored from urban and rural regions which will include a recreation center for elderly people from the Municipality of Galati.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 din Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/additional information regarding the award documentation in two terms, as follows:
- the first term in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - a23 - the day before the deadline set for the submission of offers;
- the second deadline in which the contracting authority will respond to clarifications is - the 11th day before the deadline established for the submission of offers in the notice of participation.
