Description:
1. The contracting authority acquires fixed surveillance systems necessary to replace the current fixed surveillance systems installed on the land border of Romania, according to the technical specifications and operational requirements attached to the specifications, as follows:
-20 sistfixed surveillance systems;
-1 backup surveillance system;
-1 system for simultaneous display of video images.
The term of delivery, installation, testing and reception of the systems is 18 months from the signing of the contract by the last party.
Pursuant to art. 221 para. (1), letter a) of the Lawno. 98/2016, updated, the Contracting Authority intends to use contract revision clauses in the procurement procedure, as follows:
A. Revision clause regarding the additional option
In the event of allocating the requested budget, the Contracting Authority estimates fthe ability to supplement the contract during the 30-month period from the date of signing the contract with up to 20 fixed surveillance systems and 2 backup surveillance systems. to each additional actnal.
B. The revision clause regarding the replacement of the offered products with the latest generation products
