Description:
The framework agreement envisages the purchase of the food necessary for the good performance of the activity of the Canteen in the "Tudor Vladimirescu" student campus in Iasi and their transport, through the open tender procedure with JOUE conducted online. The framework agreement will have a wave periodability of 12 months, starting from the date of signing by both parties of the product supply contract. 3 subsequent contracts will be concluded as follows: the first subsequent contract will be concluded after the signing of the framework agreement and will have a validity period of 4 months from the moment of signing byto both parties with a weight of 40% of the entire quantity related to the framework agreement; the second subsequent contract will have a validity period of 3 months, having a weight of 30% of the quantity related to the framework agreement; the third subsequent contract will have a validity period of 3months or will be concluded according to the need of the contracting authority with a weight of 30% of the quantity related to the framework agreement and with a validity period that may exceed the validity period of the framework agreement according to the provisions of art. 107, paragraph 4 of GD 395/2016.
