Description:
Pursuant to Ministry of Health Order no. 886/2006 - regarding the outsourcing of medical and non-medical services from health facilities, the Buzau County Council (in whose administration SJUBuzau is located) issued DECISION no. 223/29 November 2011 by which the food preparation activity for the sick it was externallizata.
The service will consist in the preparation of food for hospitalized patients with various ailments in the specialized sections and compartments of SJUBuzau according to the diets recommended by the nutrition commission at the level of the institution.
The preparation of food will be done by categories of patients in conformed with MS ORDER no. 1,488 of May 31, 2022 for establishing the amount of the food allowance in public health facilities.
Within the positions of MS ORDER no. 1,488 of May 31, 2022, the menus will be differentiated by categories of food regimes according to the therapeutic indications of the doctorcurrent as a result of various restrictions and particularly invasive interventions on patients.
To prepare food, the economic operator must have the processing capacity to ensure the food (3 (three) meals / day) and a sanitary-veterinary authorization for the purpose of preparationof food and the specialized staff to participate in the
preparation of the food.
The preparation of the food will be done at the provider's objective under the direct supervision and guidance of the dietitian nurses from the contracting authority.
