Description:
The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for 12 months, with a maximum of 4 economic operators according to the provisions of Law 98/2016, art. 118, para. (1), lit. a) without resuming the competition. The final stage of the electronic auction will be organized. The contracting authority will award the framework agreements ofto the tenderer(s) who submitted the most economically advantageous offer as a result of the completion of the electronic auction stage, based on the award criterion provided in the procurement documents - the lowest price. Considering the award criteria used, the most expensive pricelow, the ranking of the offers is established by the ascending ordering of the offered prices, the winning offers being those in the first 4 places. If, following the evaluation of the financial proposals, at the end of the electronic auction, two or more offers presented by economic operatorshave equal prices (same value) and are ranked in the same place, out of the first 4 places in the ranking, the contracting authority will request them, in order to tie, to submit new financial proposals, without this affecting the higher positions in the ranking.
