Description:
The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for food for a period of:
4 months summer potatoes, summer cabbage;
12 months for processed cheese, cream sausages, semi-fat pork carcass, bacon;
respectively 13 months for biscuits, tomato paste, sunflower oil, club tomato broth, sugar,telemea cheese, fresh cow's cheese, yogurt, semi-white bread, thyme, bay leaves, ground pepper, sweet paprika, apples, chicken eggs, milk powder, delicate (improver), onion, carrot, celery, parsnip, garlic, cookies , cozonac, liver pate, starting from 2023 until May 31, 2024, with aonly economic operator, and the subsequent contracts (minimum 2 - maximum 4) will be concluded depending on the need and the budget credits allocated.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 20 days
Contracting Authoritywill respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
