Description: Framework agreement for food supply for the functional structures within DGASPC Galati, with a single economic operator. Main place of delivery: premises of placement centers, family-type houses and care and assistance centers mentioned in the specifications.
The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 12 months, until 31.12.2021. Based on the framework agreement, two subsequent contracts will be concluded. When awarding the subsequent contracts, the competition will not be resumed, the framework agreement being concluded with a single economic operator, winner of the public procurement procedure. The economic operators participating in the public procurement procedure will submit tenders for one or more lots. The technical-financial offer will be drawn up with the unit price of each product from the specifications for the maximum quantities requested. The price remains fixed throughout the framework agreement.
