Description: This award documentation shall contain the requirements, criteria, rules and information necessary to provide potential tenderers with complete, accurate and explicit information on the application of the award procedure for the framework agreement concluded for a period of 24 months, having as object the acquisition of diesel and unleaded petrol for the vehicles under the administration of Sector 4 of the Municipality of Bucharest.
Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation. To the extent that requests for clarification are received at least 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all such requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
