- The objective of the framework agreement is the purchase of the products that are the subject of the specifications, respectively furniture products, including school furniture and educational equipment. The object of this acquisition is the signing of a Framework Agreement with a valid duration of 48 months, which was establishedthere are the terms, conditions as well as the legal, financial, technical and administrative framework for the award of SCV, in order to supply the products described in the specification. is facute in the Specification, which contains all the necessary information for the preparation of the offer.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days. Clarifications requested after this term will no longer be taken into account.
CA will respond inin a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline set for the offers.
