• Framework agreement - Catering services Considering the fact that some locations of state pre-university education units currently do not have a canteen for self-catering at any of the premises where they operate, it was opted for the food support to be a catered meal. The object of the purchase is the provision of food support, which will usually consist, as the case may be, of a hot meal, in catering mode, for pre-schoolers, preschoolers and students in the units of state pre-university education. The food support will be served in a space designed for this purpose, made available by the contracting authority, in compliance with the Hygiene Norms. The economic operator declared winner of the procedure will ensure the necessary support for the hot meal to be served within a maximum of 60 minutes from delivery, otherwise the food products will be kept, until serving, in designed spaces, where there are adequate handling and storage conditions, at appropriate temperatures that can be monitored and controlled. For exceptional situations in which it is not possible to serve a hot meal, a food package will be provided, which will be kept, until serving, in spaces arranged, in which there is appropriate handling and storage conditions, at appropriate temperatures that can be monitored and controlled. Suitable spaces mean rooms, booths, cold rooms or mobile systems...
