Description:
This procedure takes place within the framework of the national program carried out according to the provisions of Decision no. 23/2025 regarding the establishment of the "Healthy Meal" national program in 2025". Given the fact that the educational units included in the program national: Secondary School No. 165, Secondary School No. 108, "G-ral Eremia Grigorescu" High School, "George Bacovia" High School and "Ienăchiță Văcărescu" High School do not currently have a canteen for self-service preparation at none of the premises where they operate, it was decided that the food support should be a catered meal. The object of the purchase is the provision of food support for preschoolers and students in the educational units: School Gymnasium No. 165, Secondary School No. 108, "G-ral Eremia Grigorescu" Secondary School, "George Bacovia" Secondary School and "Ienăchiță Văcărescu" Secondary School, for a number of 3,680 preschoolers and related students per school year. support food will, as a rule, consist, as the case may be, of a hot meal, in catering mode, for the students of the educational units, which will be served in a space designed for this purpose, made available by the contracting authority, in compliance with the Norms of hygiene, art. (3) para. (1) lit. b) from HG no. 23/2025.
