FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR DIALYSIS CONSUMABLES WITH THE INSURANCE OF - 2 HEMODIALYSIS MACHINES
The need to ensure and adapt the treatment in accordance with the needs of the patients hospitalized in the Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children "Sf.Maria" Iasi requires the purchase of dialysis consumables that are the subject of prethe procedures
Brief description of the contract or purchase/purchases
Framework agreement for the supply of sanitary materials for 2 years:
Names and quantities according to the Document "Quantities and values-Annex Specifications.xlsx"
The number of days until which requests can be made clarifications before the datethe limit for submission of offers is 16 days, according to art. 160 of
Law 98/2016.
The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline
established for the submission of offers, according to art. 161 of Law 98/2016.
Any messagecitation for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
