Description:
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT having as its object Consultancy services in the preparation of funding applications for the projects proposed for funding from non-reimbursable funds 2021-2027 according to the requirements of the specifications. Minimum-maximum quantities of framework agreement: 15-30 pieces of financing applications; minimum-max quantitiesime subsequent contract: 1 piece financing application. The estimated value of the procedure for the maximum amount of the framework agreement is 2,000,000 lei without VAT. The value of the largest subsequent contract is 66,666.67 lei without VAT. Bidders can request clarifications regarding the documentation of adistribution until 20 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests at least 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
