- The object of this procurement is the signing of a Framework Agreement, which will establish the terms, conditions as well as the legal, financial, technical and administrative framework for the award of subsequent Contracts, in order to ensure by the Bidders, in conditions of safety, operability and efinancial efficiency, of the provision of services, described by the specifications. The main object of the framework agreement is the purchase of integrated printing, copying, scanning services, which involves providing the beneficiary with multifunctional printing-copying-scanning equipment, applicationof management for the integrated system, and the supply of consumables necessary for the operation of the system (consumables, etc.), according to the association protocol of contracting authorities.
The duration of subsequent contracts concluded during the validity period of the framework agreement may exceed the duration of the agreement cadru and extends until the complete completion of the requested services.
Estimated value of the largest subsequent contract: 1,125,348.30 lei. Subsequent contracts will be concluded, as a rule, after 6 months, depending on the needs of the authority.payments before the deadline for submission of offers: 18 days. Clarifications requested after this term will no longer be taken into account.
