Description:
According to the requirements of the specification, a framework agreement of "Lawn maintenance services - playing surface for the National Arena stadium" will be concluded, for a duration of 4 years.
The National Arena Stadium hosts national and international sports competitions estimated at an average of 72of matches annually. In this sense, the grass surface must be made and maintained in the required standards, according to the recommendations of FIFA and UEFA as well as the requirements of the organizers of the football matches at the National Arena Stadium.
Acquisition of complete and efficient intervention services, de materials specific to sports fields covered with hybrid turf for football use (seeds, fertilizers, etc.) as well as products/equipment/consumables necessary for the existing systems in the National Arena equipment, have the purpose of obtaining and maintaining a high-performance grass carpet andoptimal state, which meets both the technical-functional requirements for the game and those of an aesthetic nature.
The deadline until which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in connection with the award documentation is a maximum of 22 dayse before the deadline for submission of offers.
The deadline for the contracting authority to respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information is on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
