Description:
At the moment, in the City of Bals, there are a number of 11 traffic light installations coordinated by 11 Automatic Traffic Control Systems (SCAE ORIONE), and in the City of Filiasi there are a number of 10 traffic light installations coordinated by 9 Automatic Traffic Control Systems. (SCAE ORIONE).
The vast majority of existing traffic light installations are equipped with modern equipment including automatic road traffic control devices equipped with GSM or GPS mode, inductive loops and/or "virtual loops" (video type vehicle detectors) that allow the operation of the installationin a coordinated-adaptive way depending on the traffic values recorded in real time.
Maintain:
The warranty of the replaced spare parts will be 24 months from the date of installation.
The delivery and installation time of the spare parts will be a maximum of 60 of days from the date of the order.
Note:
A) Pursuant to art. 160 othersn. 1 of Law 98/2016, amended and supplemented, the deadline until which economic operators interested in participating in the public procurement procedure have the right to request clarifications regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the submission deadline to offertellers.
B) According to the obligation stipulated in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, amended and supplemented, and also in accordance with art. 161 para. 1 of the same law, the contracting authority will respond clearly and concretely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before...
