- The object of the framework agreement is life, accident and health insurance for the staff of the Ministry of Defense, for the following risks:
a) death;
b) for disability degrees I and II;
c) for disability degree III;
d) for illnesses, during and because of combat actionsă which result in mutilations or irreversible physical defects or bodily injuries/diseases that can be determined objectively;
e) for hospitalization and outpatient treatment expenses, if it is proven that they were carried out (but not more than 90 days and less than 3 days);
f)for expenses on medicines and treatment, if it is proved that these expenses have been incurred;
g) for repatriation expenses, if proof of these expenses is made.
Note:
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the date the limit for submission of offers/candidatesdata: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
