Description:
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the 16 service spaces on Expressway DEx 12 - Craiova - Pitesti, in a 24-hour/day permanent regime, consists of:
- ensuring and maintaining the integrity and functionality of the sanitary units in the parking lots;
- communication standing with the purchase representativestor, access to emergency phone numbers (rescue, fire brigade, ISU, etc.).
The 16 service spaces are located at the following kilometer positions:
DEx 12 km 14 190 dr stg - 2 pc.
DEx 12 km 29 240 dr stg 2 pcs.
DEx 12 km 42 110 dr stg 2 pcs.
DEx 12 km 55 300 dr stg 2 pcs.
DEx 12 km 67 620 dr stg 2 pcs.
DEx 12 km 83 850 dr stg 2 pcs.
DEx 12 km 99 800 dr stg 2 pcs.
DEx 12 km 115 300 dr stg 2 pcs.
The provider will provide the necessary materials for cleaning operations (cloths, sponges, bucket with mop, etc.);
Materials usedfor daily maintenance cleaning will be provided by the provider according to Annex 1B to CS. The solutions used must not have damaging effects for the materials on which they are used and must not involve the risk of toxicity;
The provider will ensure the machinery, equipment andthe saddles necessary to perform the services;
The provider will demonstrate that it has specific equipment necessary to perform the cleaning services: vacuum cleaners to ensure cleaning min. 4 pcs.
The provider's staff will be at least 48 people and will comply with the regulations...
