Description:
The contracting authority aims through this procedure to purchase social services for a number of 32 adults with disabilities from CRRN Hirlău (4 lots of 8 beneficiaries) within the D.G.A.S.P.C. Iasi in care and assistance centers for adults with disabilities for a period of 36 months.
These will be provided with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the specifications.
The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement and subsequent contracts with a safe economic operator.
The contracting authority will sign The framework agreement only with the qualified bidder in the evaluation stages.
Payment will be made by OP within 30 days from the date of validation of the electronic invoice in the national system regarding the electronic invoice RO E-Facture and By exception within a maximum of 60 calendar days according to art. 7 para. 1 of Law no. 72/2013 updated.
Economic operators will be able to request additional clarifications or information regarding the award documentation with 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
