- The object of the framework agreement is the accident and health insurance for MApN personnel, for the following risks:
- Death;
- Disability degree I and II;
- Disability degree III;
- Illnesses, during and due to the actions of battle, the preparation process for lufor the performance of tasks during combat service, which result in mutilations or irreversible physical defects or bodily injuries/diseases that can be determined objectively and with definitive consequences, having an irreversible and definitive character;
- Hospitalization expenses and/or tambulatory allowance for periods between 3 and 90 days if proof of these expenses is provided;
- Expenses on medicines and treatment, if proof is made that these expenses were incurred;
- Repatriation expenses in case of medical assistance abroad;
Authoritythe contractor will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
