Description:
The object of the framework agreement is the purchase of cleaning services necessary for the performance of the Audit Authority's activity in optimal conditions, CPV code 90910000-9 - Cleaning services.
Minimum area: 2,252.51 sq m
Maximum area: 3,500 sq m
Procurement procedure public will be finalizedza by concluding a framework agreement for the provision of services valid for a period of 48 months from the date of entry into force, with the economic operators ranked in the first three places in the intermediate ranking drawn up after the application of the award criteria.
The provider has the obligation to ensure cleanersand maintenance for: floors, walls, windowsills, windows, doors, terraces, sanitary ware, tableware used in protocol spaces, refrigerators, microwave ovens, coffee/espresso machines, switches, doorknobs, sanitary units, lighting fixtures, radiators, garbage cans, chairs, jalutensils, curtains, furniture, etc., as well as the interior and exterior surfaces of the spaces that are the subject of the framework agreement.
