Description:
Framework agreement for the provision of metal-rubber vulcanization services (rubber injection into the mold, on a metal support provided by the beneficiary), executed according to the technology provided by the contracting authority. Subsequent contracts will be awarded on a quarterly basis, in accordance with the authority's budgetcontracting respectively with the actual need for SERVICES. The framework agreement will be valid for 18 months after signing. The specification, including the information necessary for the development of the REPAIR technology by the provider, is attached to this announcement. Specific details on the services thatare the subject of the framework agreement and are detailed in the specifications, as follows: generally applicable details in the body text of the specifications; details on each service provision that is the subject of the framework agreement are presented in annexes 1 and 5 to the specifications; quantities respectivelymin / max values of services to be purchased for the period of 18 months in annex 6 to the specifications. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers. Number of days until which they can applyplease clarify before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates is 18 days
