Description:
Framework agreement on the basis of which subsequent contracts will be concluded with the delivery of a maximum of 12 (twelve) monitoring and goniometry stations (SMG) and a maximum of 4 (four) regional control centers (CRC), (CPV codes: 38433200- 1, 48511000-3, 51300000-5), as well as the provision of water servicesrents (integration, installation, commissioning, performance of acceptance tests and staff training, where applicable), in accordance with the configuration and minimum mandatory requirements provided in Section III: Specifications.
Any request for clarifications must be submittedin SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub).
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidates: 20
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications: on the 11th day before the deadline libribe established in the tender notice.
