- The conclusion, following the "open tender" award procedure, of a framework agreement for the supply of PROX/SEOS multi-technology cards with smart cards with contacts, according to the requirements of the specifications.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before submission deadlineperiod of offers: 18 days.
