- The contracting authority will conclude framework agreements for the provision of repair and maintenance services for vehicles / special vehicles from the fleet of the "Dealul Spirii" Emergency Situations Inspectorate Bucharest - Ilfov, for a period of 24 months, dividing the object in this sensethe procedure in 17 lots, so that it better corresponds to the needs of the contracting authority, as well as the capacity of the economic operators.
The contracting authority is interested in acquiring both the spare parts and the materials needed in the process of repairing and maintaining the motor vehiclethem, as well as the mentioned services, which will be carried out in the specialized workshops of the winning economic operators.
In developing the framework agreements, it will be taken into account that any preventive and/or corrective maintenance service will be purchased only on the basis of a contract subsequvent, signed by the legal representatives of the parties, within the limits of the allocated budget funds.
Bidders can submit a price offer for one or more lots, detailed for each brand / type of vehicle requested by the contracting authority, according to the specifications in the Book oftasks.
In the situation where, after the award of the framework agreement, the allocated funds are below the estimated thresholds, the contracting authority does not assume the obligation to carry out the current repairs and technical revisions at the maximum value presented in the procurement data sheet.
