Description:
The contracting authority proposes through this procedure to acquire security and intervention services with mobile crews. These will be provided with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the Specifications. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 2 (two) economic operators, if there are two declared admitted economic operators (meeting the required conditions according to the award documentation). If there are not at least two economic operators, the framework agreement will be concluded with the qualified economic operator. The award criterion of the framework agreement dproviding security and intervention services with mobile crews is "the best value for money". The contracting authority will sign the framework agreement only with the economic operators located in places I and II. The payment will be made through OP within 30 days from the date of validation of the electronic invoicein the national system regarding the electronic invoice RO e-Invoice and by exception within a maximum of 60 calendar days according to art. 7 para. 1 of Law no. 72/2013 updated. Economic operators will be able to request clarifications or additional information regarding the documentation to be assigned18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications in relation to the award documentation according to the obligation stipulated in art. 160 para. 2 of Law 98/2016, 11 days before the deadline...
