Description:
The contracting authority proposes through this procedure to purchase Social Services for a number of 32 adults with disabilities from CRRN Hirlău (4 lots of 8 beneficiaries each) within D.G.A.S.P.C. Iasi in care and assistance centers for adults with disability for a period of 36 months.
They will be provided with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the Specifications.
The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement and subsequent contracts with a certain economic operator.
The contracting authority will sign the framework agreement only with the qualified tenderer during the evaluation stages.
The payment will be made through OP within 30 days from the date of validation of the electronic invoice in the national system regarding the electronic invoice RO e-Invoice and by exception within a maximum of 60 calendar days according to art. 7 para. 1 of Law no. 72/2013 updated.
Economic operators will be able to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
