- Framework agreement regarding the public procurement of MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS for D.G.A.S.P.C. Boats. Based on the framework agreement, 3 subsequent supply contracts will be completed. The delivery will be made in the centers subordinated to D.G.A.S.P.C. Vessels indicated in the specifications. Estimated period pbetween the development of the framework agreement is 12 months from its completion. Economic operators will be able to request clarifications/additional information 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests before the deadlineof submission of offers/candidates, on the 11th day.
The estimated total value of AC expressed in lei without VAT is min. 257.92 lei and max. 1,680,048.00 lei, of which:
