- Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of food products - Bakery products, fresh pastry and confectionery products, according to the specifications. The value of the Framework Agreement also includes the transport of food products to the locations mentioned in the specifications, respectively Gradinita Giroc, Gradinita Chisoda, Cresa Giroc, Cresa Chisoda.
The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 2 economic operators. The economic operators participating in the auction must be companies specialized in the production and/or marketing of products. Estimation of the minimum and maximum quantities related to the agreementframework and the largest subsequent contract can be found at the level of the award documentation, annex to the specifications.
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates is 25 days.
Authority the contractor will respond torequests for clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers with 11 days.
