- Framework agreement for the supply of clothing and footwear products for the following batches:
Batch 1 Clothing items
Batch 2 Footwear items
The products will be delivered to the Centers for Children, the Centers for Adults with Disabilities in the quantities, characteristics (specifications) Dice and under the conditions requested in the Task Book. The payment will be made through OP within 30 calendar days from the date of validation of the electronic invoice in the national RO e-Invoice electronic invoice system and by exception, within a maximum of 60 calendar days according to art. 7para. (1) from the updated Law 72/2013. Economic operators will be able to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation 18 days before the deadline for submission of offers. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requestsclarifications regarding the award documentation according to the obligation provided for in art. 160 paragraph 2 of Law no. 98/2016, on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
Minimum/maximum quantities of the framework agreement and of the largest subsequent contract estimated to be concludedwithin the scope of the agreement can be found in the specifications.

LOT 1: minimum 82,028.00 lei and maximum 976,436.00 lei
LOT 2: minimum 21,365.00 lei and maximum 256,709.00 lei
