Description: The framework agreement is of low complexity, the material goods to be purchased are necessary for the development in optimal conditions of the specific activities of the Department of Communications and Informatics, within the military units.
If following the verifications performed in accordance with the provisions of art. 210 of Law no. 98/2016 it is found that the offer has an unusually low price, compared to what is to be provided, so that the fulfillment of the contract cannot be ensured at the quantitative and qualitative parameters required by the specifications, the offer will be declared unacceptable if the operator cannot provide clear evidence that adequately justifies the low level of the proposed price or costs.
The price of the products offered is firm and cannot be changed during the whole framework agreement.
