- Framework agreement for the supply of crushed quarry stone and ballast for the repair and maintenance of non-modernized roads in the Municipality of Alba Iulia in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications. A Framework Agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator based on which Pi will be suppliedcrushed stone from the quarry and ballast for the repair and maintenance of non-modernized roads in the Municipality of Alba Iulia in accordance with the requirements of the specification.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the term limuntil which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016 as amendedcards and subsequent additions, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers, to the extent that they are addressed within the deadline set innţul de participare.
