Description:
Public procurement framework agreement for Dairy Products: LOT 1 Cheeses, Lot 2 Dairy products (yogurt, milk, cream, butter), LOT 3 Fresh curd, LOT 4 Ice cream. They will be provided with the characteristics and under the conditions requested in the Specifications. The framework agreementwill conclude with a maximum of 2 (two) economic operators ranked in the order of the price offered, if there are two economic operators declared admitted (meeting the conditions requested according to the award documentation). If there are not at least two economic operators, the framework agreement will beconclude with the qualified economic operator. The award criterion for each lot of the framework supply agreement is "Best value for money". The contracting authority will sign the framework agreement only with the economic operators located in places I and II. The payment will be made through OP within the termof 30 calendar days from the date of validation of the invoice in the RO e-invoice electronic system and by exception, within a maximum of 60 calendar days from the date of its validation in accordance with the provisions of art. 7 para. (1) from the updated Law 72/2013, in the situation where the orderer bychief of credits did not approve the expenditure budget intended for the contracting authority.
