Description:
Supply of products: Selection of the supplier of NATURAL GASES for places of consumption within the D.G.A.S.P.C. OLT
connected to the natural gas supply network, in order to purchase NATURAL GAS from the free market. The consumption that is estimated to be achieved over a period of 12 months pras well as the addresses of the locations, can be found in APPENDIX NO. 1 to the Task Book
The supplier will deliver the quantity of NATURAL GAS for a period of 12 months.
The supplier must prove that it holds the NATURAL GAS supply license issued by A.N.R.E. in accordance with Law no.
123/2012 on energyand electrical, with subsequent modifications and additions and with the A.N.R.E. Order. no. 34/2013 regarding the approval of the Regulation for the granting of establishment authorizations and licenses in the NATURAL GAS sector, with subsequent amendments and additions, valid at the time of presentation. Ifin which the validity of the license issued by A.N.R.E. expires during the execution of the contract, the bidder designated as winner has the obligation to present to the contracting authority within 3 working days from its expiration, the copy of the new supply license
Note:
1) The contracting authoritywill respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 10 days before the deadline for submitting offers
2) Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidates: 15
