Description:
The Contracting Authority concludes a framework agreement for the supply of products with the object Non-linear junction detector for 12 months:
Non-linear junction detector for 12 months = 13 pieces, total estimated value 1,543,132.50 without VAT in order to carry out the specific activities of unitedkeep in the most optimal conditions.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested: 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. DGPI will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications, according to the provisions of para. (1), art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, in the 11th zand before the deadline set for the submission of bids. If these terms end on non-working days, the authority will respond on the last working day before the respective term.
The review of this contract is carried out in accordance with art. 221 letter a) of Law 98/2016, as follows:
1. Depending on the additional budgetary resources that can be identified during implementation, the authority can supplement the quantity of products with 6 pieces, worth 712,215.00 lei without VAT, according to the estimated value.
2. Extension of the product supply period by a maximum of 30 days, withthe agreement of the contracting authority, in cases thoroughly justified by the supplier.
When applying the revision clause, the unit prices offered will not change.
