- The object of the framework supply agreement is the purchase of oils and greases necessary to maintain the equipment in operative condition in the equipment of the "beneficiaries of the contract" (different military units of the M.Ap.N.), to be concluded a framework agreement valid for 9 months.
Produses C.L. which are assigned within the present award procedure are presented in: a) annex 1 of the specifications: technical particularities of the delivery, valid for all types of products; b) annex 2 of the specifications: physicochemical and performance specifications forru every type of oil; c) annex 5 of the specifications: names, quantities and other specifications such as delivery terms, warranty terms, certification requirements at RAR.
Products will be received at U.M. 02280 CoteΕti, Sos. E 85, km. 178, loc. CoteΕti, Vrancea county and at U.M. 01145 Roman, Place. Roman, str. Prof. Dumitru Martinas, no. 2, Neamt county.
The framework agreement (A.C.) will be concluded with the bidder on the first place in the ranking of admissible offers.
There will be no electronic auction for the establishment of the economic operators part of the framework agreement nor afterwards, upon resumptioncompetition for subsequent contracts (C.S.).
