Description:
The objective of this purchase is represented by the purchase of pharmaceutical products, respectively the supply of medicines and medical supplies in order to provide the necessary medication to the beneficiaries in the centers related to D.G.A.S.P.C. Constanța.
The products requested by the control authorityacting and which will be the subject of the supply contracts produced are grouped into 9 lots as follows:
lot 1: "General anti-infectives for systemic use";
lot 2: "Various medicines";
lot 3: "Medications for the genitourinary system and hormones"
lot 4: "Medical consumables";
lot 5: "Medications pinto blood, hematopoietic organs and the cardiovascular system";
lot 6: "Drugs for the nervous system";
lot 7: "Drugs for the respiratory system";
lot 8: "Drugs for the digestive tract and metabolism";
lot 9: "Drugs used in dermatology";
Offers can be submitted forone or more lots. Partial offers are not accepted within a lot. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is: 18 The contracting authority will respond clearly, completely and unambiguously to all requests for clarificationifications 11 days before the deadline established in the notice of participation for the submission of offers, provided that the request for clarifications is submitted in a timely manner.
