Description:
Supply of Biocides, Disinfectants, Medical Devices according to the Specifications, necessary for the proper performance of the medical activity within the Hospital, with the conclusion of a framework agreement for a period of 24 months with three economic operators.
The Contracting Authority specifies that it will concludesubsequent contracts with the bidders declared the winner to the extent that the funds necessary for the purchase will be secured by allocating budget credits for this purpose. In case, regardless of the reasons, the budget credits will not be allocated, the Contracting Authority reserves the rightto NOT conclude subsequent contracts. In the conditions where there is financing (budgetary funds, MS programs - National Program for Prevention, Surveillance and Control of Tuberculosis, etc., medical services or other sources of financing) subsequent contracts will be concluded.
Contract Authorityanta will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers according to GEO 107/2017. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting the applicationapplications/candidates: 18 days.
