Description:
The subject of the framework agreement/subsequent contracts is the supply of the product:
Purchase of 10 cpl. "Unmanned aerial vehicle system (UAV)", required for use during the execution of specific missions by the structures of the Romanian Gendarmerie, usedfor transmitting images to one or more operators. The contracting authority shall respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/additional information within the 10th day prior to the deadline for submission of offers, to the extent that such requests have beensubmitted within the term mentioned in SECTION I, respectively 15 days before the deadline for submission of offers. In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, the economic operators concerned will comply with the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of transmission of the requestiterations of clarifications and additional information to the award documentation/answers formulated in the case of conducting public procurement contract award procedures via electronic means (on-line), in the sense that the documents attached to the section "Questionri" WILL NOT CONTAIN THEIR IDENTIFICATION DATA, as they will become public when the contracting authority sends the response!
