- It is desired to purchase medicines in order to ensure the optimal conditions necessary for the quality medical act at the Satu Mare Pneumophthiziology Hospital.
The framework agreement/subsequent contract will cease by law in the event that the Ministry of Health, designated public procurement unit ccentralized at the national level, will purchase at the national level the products that are the subject of this framework agreement.
Note: The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications or additional information until the 5th day before the submission deadlinea ofertelor.
