- The object of the purchase consists in signing a Framework Agreement with a duration of 12 months from the date of entry into force of the Framework Agreement, but no later than 31.12.2023, which will establish the terms, conditions as well as the legal, financial, technical framework and
administrative for awarding contracts/cothe subsequent orders, in order to ensure by the Bidders, in safe conditions,
operability and financial efficiency of the transport and accommodation travel services according to the needs and within the budget allocated
for these activities, for the persons designated by the authorityof the contracting party (including speakers/guests at own events such as workshop/seminar/round table) according to the specifications attached to the participation notice. The contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement with a single economic operator whose offer was declared admissible and occupyfirst place in the ranking following the application of the award criteria provided in the award documentation. During the entire duration of the framework agreement, the service rate (TS) offered in the award procedure cannot be exceeded in any situation
The number of days until which requests can be madeof clarifications before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days
To the extent that the requests for clarifications or additional information were addressed within the term stipulated in the
