Description:
These products are imperatively necessary for the provision of medical treatment for persons deprived of liberty in the custody of the Targu Ocna Penitentiary and the provision of the medicines provided in the scale of the emergency apparatus according to OMJ/OMS/4858/C/3363/2022 for the warded penitentiaries.
a)Avataking into account the fact that we have the obligation to ensure without interruptions the medical treatment of the actual inmates, combined with the need to estimate updated prices for the quarterly budget, I propose for approval the approach of the open tender procedure with the conclusion of a framework agreement", according to art. 7, paragraph (1), lit. b) from Law 98/2016 in conjunction with art. 74, para. (4) from Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, with repetitive delivery of medicines with a monthly, bimonthly or quarterly frequency, depending on the budget allocation and the fluctuation of the livestock.
The need to fost established on the basis of the requests submitted by the wards and the district penitentiaries, the existing pathology and the consumption from the previous years.
