- Framework agreement for the supply of products divided into lots, as follows:
LOT 1 - Canned fruits and vegetables
LOT 2 - Condiments, spices, tea and poppy seeds
LOT 3 - Frozen vegetables
LOT 4 - Fish frozen
The purchase of these products is strictly necessary to ensure hor, measures have been taken to ensure the need for these products, without interruption, for the beneficiaries of the public social assistance units for adults, disabled adults and the elderly, as well as children/young people in the protection systemie. The products will be purchased for the houses/centres subordinated to the contracting authority in the quantities, technical characteristics (specifications) and under the conditions requested in the specifications.
AC quantities: For each individual lot, estimated minimum and maximum quantities in accordancewith the provisions of the Specifications
CS quantities: For each separate lot, estimated minimum and maximum quantities in accordance with the provisions of the Specifications
For each separate lot, the Quantity of the largest subsequent contract = 9 months, in accordance with the provisions of the Specificationsi of charges
The total estimated value without VAT of the purchase of 1,559,649.48 lei without VAT of which:
LOT 1 - 844,721.34 lei without VAT
LOT 2 - 441,796.17 lei without VAT
LOT 3 - 62,176.17 lei without VAT
LOT 4 - 210,955.71 lei without VAT
