Description:
The purpose of this award procedure is the purchase of hardware (servers) and software components, functionally and operationally integrated in the form of hardware-software assemblies (hyperconverged node, respectively secure server), through which the data processing and storage resources can be ensuredare minimally necessary at this moment to facilitate and control/secure access to ELI-NP digital resources, including connections (cables and fiber optic modules needed to connect these assemblies to the associated data network equipment), in the quality conditions and in the quantities mentioned in the specification.
Pursuant to the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the award documentation up to 20 days before the deadlinefor submitting offers.
The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information addressed by economic operators, on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers, according to art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016, as amendedadditions and subsequent additions, in conjunction with art. 27 paragraph (3) of H.G. no. 395/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions.
