- The purpose of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of heating fuel, in two lots, according to the specifications in the specification, respectively:
Lot 1 - Similar light liquid fuel type M: minimum 34,000 kg, maximum 130,000 kg
Lot 2 - Euro 5 diesel forheating: minimum 21,800 liters, maximum 76,000 liters
Duration of the framework agreement: maximum 18 months, starting from the date of awarding the framework agreement, in the period 2023-2024.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline of submission of offers/ whendays is 18 days.
The contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day, before the deadline for submitting offers.
